How long does delivery normally take?

We aim to despatch all orders placed with us by 2.00pm on the same day. All small items such as Potentiometers/Clutches/leads will be dispatched by 1st class Royal Mail; they should take no longer than 3 working days. All larger items will be sent using our courier, delivery will be within 48 hours, and you will be required to sign for the delivery.

How much does delivery cost?

We offer 2 types of delivery. The first is 1st class royal mail and costs £5.00 and the second is next day courier which costs £6.00. If your order is over £75 then we will deliver FREE of charge.

At Golfstream we will cover all parts by a 12 month guarantee. All we ask is that you keep your receipt safe as it may be required!!

How do I order spare parts?

To do this please order via our Internet site or if you prefer to speak to a real person please contact our friendly Customer Services Team on 01843 594213

I am not sure which part I need?

Rather than order the incorrect part, please call us on 01843 594213 and speak with one of our Technical Team who will use their experience to help you. If you want to you can send us a photograph by email and we’ll do our best to identify it for you.

How do you know which part I will need?

Between us we have over 50 years of experience within the golf trolley industry.

How easy are the parts to fit?

This depends on which part you are fitting! To change a clutch will take no more than 2 minutes but a controller may take slightly longer! For more difficult parts you can download simple step by step fitting instructions even before you buy, if you have problems, we are always at the end of the phone or email.

How do I pay?

If ordering via the internet or by phone you can use one of the following payment types:

What happens if I need to return an Item?
In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from Golfstream Ltd, you may return unused goods within14 days of receipt for a full refund. We regret that refunds cannot be made for products that show evidence of having been used. Return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods in error.
