How long does delivery normally take?
We aim to despatch all orders placed with us by 2.00pm on the same day. All small items such as Potentiometers/Clutches/leads will be dispatched by 1st class Royal Mail; they should take no longer than 3 working days. All larger items such as trolleys and batteries will be sent using our courier, delivery will normally be within 48 hours and mainland UK in 24 hours; you will be required to sign for the delivery.
How much does delivery cost?
Our standard cost is £6 however if your order is over £75 then we will deliver FREE of charge.
We can also offer delivery on Saturday for £15 and on Sunday for £18 (England, Scotland and Wales Only).

What guarantee do I get with my parts?
All Golf trolleys have a comprehensive 2 year parts and labour warranty – excludes physical damage and fair wear and tear.
Lithium batteries carry a comprehensive 3 year guarantee – excludes physical damage.
All parts by a 12 month guarantee.
All we ask is that you keep your receipt safe as it may be required!!

I am not sure which part I need?
If you cannot find the part you need please call us on 01843 594213. A member of our sales/technical team will be happy to assist you. Alternatively if you are able to send photos of the part you are looking for please send to email@example.com and we’ll do our best to identify it for you.
How do you know which part I will need?
Between us we have over 50 years of experience within the golf trolley industry servicing golf trolleys.
How easy are the parts to fit?
This depends on which part you are fitting! To change a clutch will take no more than 2 minutes but a controller may take slightly longer! For more difficult parts we can email fitting instructions before you buy or they will be sent with your goods, if you have problems, we are always at the end of the phone or email.
How do I pay?
If ordering via the internet we use Sagepay secure payment system where you can pay by using your debit or credit card or your Paypal account.
Are payments made on a secure server?
YES: When making payment look for the HTTPS in the menu bar and the green background colour. We never see your card details, these are processed by Sagepay or Paypal on their secure servers - see below:
All transaction information passed between merchant sites and Sage Pay’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to Sage Pay’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
What happens if I need to return an Item?
In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from The Golf Workshop you may return unused goods within14 days of receipt for a refund. We regret that refunds cannot be made for products that show evidence of having been used. Return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods in error.
Are my personal details passed on to any third party?
We gather information to enable us to process your order and guarantee that we do not sell or pass on your details to any third party.
